The dining options are fantastic, with health-focused menus and made-to-order meals. Families and residents consistently report feeling welcomed, cared for, and valued at La Vida Real.
The care is less than adequate. Parking is horrible and staff routinely parks in visitor spots. They recently took away five parking spots to attract new residents. Some of the staff are overworked. For $12,000 a month, the care was not adequate; the staff were accused of lining their pockets and not caring about patients or employees. The facility neglects residents, described as elderly abuse. There were only three caregivers for 26+ patients, and residents screamed for the bathroom with no one there to help.
