The attendants are kind, and the management (Heather and Nancy) are caring and responsible. The staff gave the best care possible and showed professional care and compassion. Every staff member showed Mom and the family the very best in professional care and compassion. Erica was awesome with her experience and expertise; Cindy was amazing. The caregivers and staff were caring and supportive, and Desert Cove comes highly recommended.
