After spending two months at the home, my father’s experience was riddled with challenges that highlighted systemic issues within the facility. Despite the initial allure of a pleasant layout, which seemed inviting at first glance, it quickly became apparent that the practicalities of care were severely lacking.

I was assured that we would receive multiple support services and resources as part of my father's care plan; however, these assurances were never fulfilled.
