This facility only wants easy money and that is the bottom line. If your loved one with dementia develops any behavior such depression, or anxiety (doesn't even have to be aggressive, a wanderer, a room stealer, a pusher, a yeller) they won't take you. Sure you get all the VIP treatment when you walk in the door but watch out for those assessments. Spoiled Nurse staff will have nothing to do with anyone who might actually need Assistance.
