Brookdale has been the best for my mom; the staff is amazing and provides comprehensive services. Mary Ferolie is a pleasure to work with and is very helpful. The Brookdale Central team is caring and helpful; residents are happy and friendly. Brookdale Central Chandler is a beautiful community. The facility used to be good but now it's pretty bad, with rude staff and only a few who are actually there to help. Lillian is described as absolutely awful to everyone, especially rude to residents and often on her cell phone. The food is horrible and residents are not fed enough, often served sandwiches instead of full meals. The halls smell awful, with a strong urine odor.
