Karen is extremely caring and compassionate with all residents, and the staff are attentive and welcoming. They treat residents as guests, not patients. Karen and Juan work closely with hospice to keep residents comfortable in their last days. The care team goes above and beyond, delivering top-notch, one-on-one care. The home is beautiful, bright, cheerful, and extremely clean. Karen makes homemade meals for residents and greets them with nicknames like Lady Bug and Sweet Pea. The staff are awesome and the atmosphere is peaceful, friendly, and family-like.
