The facility was very clean and well kept. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The staff has been very caring. The meals were good. The staff at St. Martin's are caring and take great care of the residents. The staff at St. Martin's Rehab was kind, caring, and met the needs of the residents professionally. St. Martin's-in-the-Pines provides good care and has doctors and nurses on staff. The rooms at St. Martin's are nice and well-maintained. The staff at St. Martin's is excellent. The facility has a lot of activities for residents to participate in.
The Doctor over all the residents is incompetent & doesn’t care. The staff are lazy & don’t know what they are doing. Terrible with small dirty rooms. Horrible place, nursing care is terrible, not enough staff to care for patients. NEVER put your loved one there. Beyond terrible experience. St Martin’s was not as top notch as the other facility visited.
