The staff, including Roberto, Pedro, Brandon, and Josh, are very helpful. RMC care has been excellent. The physical therapy is great and the food is good. The employees are very good. The activities are fantastic and there is something for everybody. The caregivers are attentive to residents' needs and help them regain walking, eating, and dressing themselves. The activities are fun and the residents and staff here are kind. The therapists are excellent and the equipment is well-maintained. The aides are great. Josh is there when needed and helps residents tremendously. The facility is beautiful and promotes healing. The Lodge is highly recommended for its peaceful atmosphere and caring staff.
The temperature was inconsistent. The staff were abusing a patient physically and verbally and neglecting the majority of their patients.
