The therapy department at Arbor Terrace was the best. The therapy team is fantastic and dedicated. The facility offers comprehensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy with a compassionate staff. The Arbor Terrace team is welcoming, friendly, and treats residents like family. Arbor Terrace provides in-house dialysis with a great team. The facility is described as amazing with excellent quality care and therapy for loved ones. The environment is positive, with friendly staff who care about residents.
Arbor Terrace is the worst place to place a loved one. The nursing staff do not listen to patients or families. The staff do not pay attention to medications brought in and order medications that residents already have. The facility looks outdated, like something from the 1960s. The nurses are old and have an attitude. Residents are left in bed for extended periods, developing bed sores and lacking movement. A patient was not being watched often. The place smells like urine throughout and is dirty. Caregivers were standing around laughing while patients yelled for help.
