Arbor Terrace's therapy department was the best. The therapy department is fantastic. It is a great place for a loved one; the therapy is awesome. The nursing home offers comprehensive physical, occupational and speech therapy services, and the team is dedicated and compassionate. Arbor Terrace is an amazing facility for loved ones to receive excellent quality care and therapy. The staff are welcoming, friendly and treat residents like family. The CNAs are very hardworking and sweet; they care about residents and maintain a positive attitude.
The facility was the worst place to place a loved one; the nursing staff did not listen to patients or families and appeared to care only about money. The mother was there for two days and did not receive any medications, breathing treatments, or oxygen; she was not moved for over 46 hours and developed sores. They left the father-in-law in bed until he developed a bedsore and was left wet; it was described as the worst neglect they'd seen. The place looked outdated with 1960s everything; the nurses were old and had an attitude, and patients were not rotated often, leading to sores. The place is the pits and should be avoided at all costs; the reviewer was stuck there for about a month.
