The mother loves it there. Diana and Michelle are great, and the staff have been very good to her. The day nurses and aides are great. Joy is professional and very helpful, with energy and care that stand out. The meals at Fairview rehab were wonderful. The staff, including CNAs, nurses, med aides, therapy, and dietary, truly care about residents.
The facility smells like urine. It is run down. Floors and walls are in horrible condition. Patient rooms are in poor condition. Tiles are old and broken, baseboards are broken, and walls are dirty. The place is very dingy and unsanitary. There are spiderwebs and mold in the window units. Closets are very dirty and need to be cleaned top to bottom. There is little entertainment for the residents. There is little incentive for residents to get out of bed each day. TV stations need updating and more channels should be added. One reviewer called it the worst place they have ever seen. Some reviewers allege abuse and neglect by staff.
