The staff are remarkable in every aspect. The physical therapy team has been amazing and helped the resident walk with a walker. The facility is highly recommended for caring for loved ones. The therapists were excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The CNAs, nurses, and administrators are wonderful and consistently caring. The facility is very clean, and the environment is welcoming. The administrative, nursing, dietary, housekeeping, and therapy teams are all helpful and make families feel at home. The tours are amazing and the staff are caring. The nursing and therapy teams provide excellent care and are compassionate. The facility is considered one of the best in the region and trusted for comprehensive care.
They are UNORGANIZED, irresponsible unprofessional at times and more importantly the residents are not well attended to. This is one of the WORST nursing homes in the RGV, with staff not very friendly, the nurses slow and their personalities stale. They do not submit papers on time to the insurance companies. They take hours to respond to a call light. The care they receive is horrible.
