• Most staff that worked with my Mom acted as if they did not care for her, and basically left her to care for herself.
• I was shocked how old the beds were, with rust, and how filthy the rooms were. Looked as if they had not swept or mopped in weeks! There were actually stains on the floor. It was disgusting to say the least!
• They also admitted my Mom and didn't have the correct physician orders with needed meds.
• Please do not allow your loved one to stay here. This place is old, and disgusting. It needs to be shut down by the state of Texas!
• I THINK THAT THIS FACILITY IS OK BUT THEY DON'T SEEM TO KNOW THEIR PATIENTS VERY WELL WHEN ASKED REGARDING MEDICATION NO ONE GIVES THE SAME ANSWER.
• I WISHED THAT THEY WOULD TAKE THE TIME TO SIT DOWN AND GO OVER THINGS WITH US BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENS.
• I ALSO THINK THAT THEY COULD KEEP THE PLACE CLEANER.
• THE FOOD IS OK AND MOST OF THE STAFF SEEM TO BE OK WE JUST NEED MORE ONE ON ONE WHEN REGARDING THE PATIENT!
• I also think that they need to keep a close check on the patients who they are in the room with and when one of them is sick they need to do what they can to keep the other one from getting sick too.
• However, their food needs to have a little more upgrade. It's okay but they need more variety.
• It's like one big family there, everybody knows everybody; however, it's outdated and it needs updating.
• The place happened to be prettier and newer, but the service she was getting and receiving there was just awful
