The staff is super friendly and they really care about the residents. The staff is wonderful and the care is attentive. The physical therapy was great and pushed her to come home soon. The aids are helpful and very sweet, and the whole staff went above and beyond to make her and her family feel welcome. Hearthstone is a wonderful place where people truly care about the people they serve. The CNAs here are special; they show great respect for all the residents and are well trained. The staff at Hearthstone are amazing and provide smiles and support. The mom loved the food and gained 6 pounds during her stay. Best facility in the valley; they provide the best care to their patients. Hearthstone is a unique place with high quality care and service with heart.
It is the worst facility in town. It needs to be shut down. The facility is completely lacking in all aspects. The staff are rude to visitors and patients. They are not qualified for so many serious patients. The management has no idea how to run a place. PT notes rarely get passed to CNAs, hindering care. Families are not allowed to participate in resident care and doctors’ encounters are not accessible. Care is slow and patients wait long for help, with frequent falls.
