The staff are the most caring and wonderful people you could ask for. They actually care about the residents. The care team is mostly local, and they work hard to treat residents with kindness and compassion for both short-term and long-term stays. Chrystal, a CNA, was patient and attentive, helping with wheelchair transfers, bed care, and personal hygiene, making the grandmother comfortable. The staff are loving and caring. The residents are happy here; they smile and talk. Loved ones are cared for as if they were family, kept clean and dry. The facility is very clean, the staff are awesome, and the stay comes highly recommended.
The aide never came to help them and had been gone for over three hours. She is still working there and is just as rude as ever. The building is run by this particular aide. There was incredibly poor communication from the administration office. They changed their requirements daily, asked for $20,000 up front, and then denied him based on Medicaid.
