The staff, atmosphere, cleanliness, and food at Symphony Applewood were exceptional, and the kindness from the entire staff stood out. The staff were amazing from start to finish. The nurses are really nice, and the facility is spacious with large rooms. The facility is welcoming and calm, with residents being checked on regularly by wonderful staff. Everyone was very nice. The care team, including doctors, PT, OT, and RNs, contributed to the resident's recovery. The rehab staff do a great job with patients, and the gym is state-of-the-art for therapy. The outside grounds are well-kept and the building smells pleasant. The dialysis center is a blessing to CKD patients. The security is awesome and the facility feels like home.
