Danielle Graham and Stephanie and the staff have been phenomenal in assisting with Medicaid and have been wonderful to residents. West Oaks exceeds many nursing homes in the Metro Detroit area. Marquitta and her dietary team do an amazing job with top-tier meals. The culinary team is awesome and consistently goes above and beyond for residents. The staff have been remarkably pleasant and attentive, which supports excellent care. The facility is very clean, with safety and well-being prioritized. Stephanie Yates, Executive Director, addresses concerns with compassion and integrity. The dining program offers a varied, nutritious menu chosen by residents. Stephanie and the staff are great and very helpful. Housekeeping supervisor Tylinna Coleman is supportive, encouraging, professional, and deserving of recognition. There has been noticeable improvement in recent months.
