The staff is very caring and attentive. The therapy team is great and works really well with the residents. Nursing is also great and shows they care. The administration and nursing staff are top-notch, caring, compassionate and professional health care providers. The facility is incredibly professional, staffed with caregivers that genuinely care for the well being of their residents. The compassion delivered was consistent from the front office staff, attendants, nurses, doctors, occupational and physical therapists. Gloria and Diane are A++ and provide excellent care; Mindy always has a smile and brings happiness when entering a room.
Maggie's attitude was consistently unprofessional and cold, with impatience toward residents and visitors. The food was not the best, and the water wasn't good either.
