The rehabilitation staff at this facility is excellent and provides good care. There are a few staff members who are happy to work there and are very helpful. The hardworking staff genuinely care about the patients at this facility.
The admin and owner do not care about people's lives. It's terrible and should be shut down. This facility is not great for elderly who are unable to defend themselves. Their belongings are always missing. They barely know who is who. They have horrible staff except for 1 or 2 individuals. They scream at the elderly residents. If they don't have depression, they will in this horrible place. They never call informing when relatives have doctor's appointments.
