The staff and nurses take great care of residents. The nurses are warm and friendly. The meals look very appetizing and nutritious, with plenty of treats. The physical therapy and occupational therapy staff are excellent. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. The care staff and administrative staff are amazing. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is clean and well presented. They treat their patients with kindness and compassion, and the staff clearly loves what they do. There are many angels walking the halls. Gracie is unbelievably kind and helpful, going above and beyond for her patients. The nursing staff, especially Pam, Amber, and T Jay, are very kind and caring. The positive energy at the facility is palpable. Autumn Lake at Longview is simply the best nursing home among those experienced by reviewers.
The housekeeping has not been the best; the trash cans are always full. A pillow was left under the bed for three days and was only removed after a nurse intervened. Dust balls were found under the bed. The food has been cold, and the hot drinks have also been cold. The TV menu hardly ever works and stays on the same menu.
