They short changed the reviewer with diabetes and cardiac medications. The women's showers didn't work and they had to use the men's side. The food was terrible. The call light was always ignored, leaving them without pain control for 9 hours. The nurse at the nurses station was found sound asleep, ignoring the call light. Staff members did not respond to on-call lights or attend to residents in need. Some of the nurses were mean and had nasty attitudes towards a family member. The staff did not provide personal care, oral care, showers, or grooming for residents. Wet and soiled diapers were not promptly changed by staff.
