The staff are nice towards everyone. The nursing facility is highly recommended. The staff are very respectful and professional toward residents and family members. The staff at NHC have kept patients comforted without their families. The dad has seemed well cared for and his usual happy-go-lucky self. Families are excited to resume visits since patients have been vaccinated.
The staff were ridiculously rude to residents. The administrator claimed she wasn't in the room, even though the reviewer was present. It seems to be a consistent ongoing problem. People are advised not to place their loved ones there. Ostomy supplies were taken from the patient and she was sent home without the necessary bags and wafers.
