The facility is a hidden gem with wonderful care, excellent staff, and clean, well-maintained surroundings. The staff are kind, caring, and compassionate and are amazing to work with. The center is very professional and helpful. The facility has wonderful staff who truly love their residents and provide attentive, family-like care. The facility is neat, clean, and free of the typical nursing home smell. Care here is filled with compassion and attention to detail. Under new management, the facility has been turned around and resident care is a priority.
This place is awful. This place is Trash! Brandenburg is an ok place for residents however for employees not so much. The DON Jackie descriminates against employees, doesnt work with employees, i would really like to see this facility under better management. Jeryn Adams is horrible as a nurse. This is a terrible facility, my mother has been there for almost a month she went 3 weeks with one shower they couldn't get her medication that she had a script for but said they didn't take outside meds only for me to have to return on 3 different occasions to bring her meds then have to bring her own supply she has to have labs done to get her meds I had to call an let them know to get the labs done after they "missed" her then they took the wrong labs an had to do it again an much more!
