Due to the DON, the reviewer could not be by their mother's side when she passed away. There were ongoing issues with the DON and two other staff. The staff refused the mother's medications. Morning medications and breakfast were sometimes not given until almost noon. The reviewer wouldn't place their worst enemy there. The staff were very unprofessional and unorganized, and residents were not properly cared for. The facility was described as a no-good place.
