The activity director there was a sweet, kind, amazing man who always had a smile on his face. Allison and Maggie are ambassadors here at abbott Terrace. They make my stay very much better. They are an asset to this place. Allison is kind, caring and very easy to talk to. This is an amazing place. The nurses, CNAs and staff are so nice.

The patient was supposed to be checked every 15 minutes, but staff rarely checked on him, and he was sometimes found in darkness, terrified and searching for a "snake." On the 3rd floor the patient fell four times in two weeks, leaving bruises, stitches, and a broken hip, indicating inadequate supervision and care. The family had to pursue a refund for a two-month deposit, which Abbott Terrace delayed or ignored until the parent company intervened.
