The facility has an excellent staff. They provided care and the therapy sessions needed for their 101-year-old mother. The staff is excellent. Daniella earns the reviewer's utmost respect. The entire staff provided excellent care and concern. The staff showed compassion and concern from admission until the resident passed. Fowler Health Care is described as one of the best, with the best staff.
The staff does NOT care about their residents, they spend NO TIME with any residents, and their attitude toward visitors and residents is HORRID. They have NO RESPECT for anyone, including their own staff members. They charge THOUSANDS of dollars a month FOR LESS THAN A ONE STAR SERVICE. This place is a JOKE.
