The service is great. The facility is wonderfully clean and residents are well cared for. The staff are professional and responsive to residents' needs. Residents receiving physical therapy are improving daily. Highland Park has exceeded expectations. The facility is in a cute neighborhood with easy freeway access, making visits convenient. They don’t answer phone calls. They don’t answer questions. This place is just awful. It’s a really bad place with very rude staff. A nurse was super rude. The facility is dirty and old, with worn beds and tables. Nurses sometimes don’t change gloves, risking infection (sepsis).
