The staff failed to provide the resident with the oxygen he needed, and one of these incidents resulted in a hospital trip. The Administrator and Director of Nursing are very difficult, defensive, and demeaning to work with when care issues arise. The husband was banned from the facility after a short respite stay because he was deemed too troublesome. The facility was not a nice place; it was old and dingy and not very professional.
