The staff became like family to their patients and were there for them when families couldn't or wouldn't be. The staff were professional and compassionate and provided good care. The Elba Nursing Facility was a blessing for the patient and her family. The facility provided wonderful care to the patient's mother and their family. The place has loyal, dedicated employees who are always willing to go the extra mile. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. Staff across admissions, social services and nursing care genuinely care about patients and deliver high-quality care. The facility is very hospitable.
