The owner of this establishment is a master manipulator and con artist. She will try to cost you your sanity. They treated my mother (and here family) like a member of THEIR family. Some people do really care! The lady who runs it is really nice. Instead of being in an institution and warehoused, she is in a home with daily interaction with children, teenagers, adults, other seniors and even dogs. The team there, Dana, Sarah, Nema and Shannon have been exceptional. I am absolutely thrilled with the place and would highly recommend it! They did a great job. I have no major complaints.
