Moving a loved one into a care home can often be a challenging adjustment, and this has certainly been the case for my mother. However, upon arrival at this particular care home, we were immediately struck by its pleasant appearance and the excellent job they do in maintaining cleanliness. The staff members have also been consistently kind and attentive, which has helped ease some of our concerns.

One aspect that does worry me is the high turnover rate among the caregivers. It seems that new faces come and go frequently, which can create an unsettling atmosphere for residents who thrive on routine and familiarity. Fortunately, the owner of the care home appears to be handling this matter adequately. They have been proactive in addressing any issues and have shown willingness to work closely with us in developing a personalized care plan for my mother.

One area where improvement could be made is in the provision of activities for residents. While the care home excels in maintaining a clean environment and providing attentive staff members, there are limited options when it comes to recreational pursuits.
