There was no toilet lid or seat, so my husband found a toilet sitting out somewhere; he took the toilet seat off of it and put it on ours. I haven't reported it because I feel that nothing gets done. but everything was just too far in terms of walking The rest of it is concerning, the hallways were dim, there were lights out in the hallway fixtures, and the flooring baseboards were not installed evenly. They need to improve their maintenance.
