Churchill is such a great community for seniors seeking care-free living. The staff works efficiently and caters to the needs of the residents. Churchill Senior Living is nice. The staff is wonderful. Ananda, Isabel, and Clarence are especially kind. There are lots of activities and opportunities to socialize with residents. It is a safe place for seniors. They have a pool table, movies, and a variety of amenities. They have a bus that takes residents to the shopping center. They have conference rooms, media rooms, and entertainment areas for concerts and gatherings. The place is very clean, big, and attractive. The Market Rate apartments at Churchill are beautiful with a great rate. The Churchill community is amazing with an abundance of amenities and activities for the residents.
Residents are not treated respectfully by management. Anna has the worst customer service skills. The management is horrible, allegedly spying on neighbors and showing disdain for seniors, with high fees to replace a laundry card. The staff are understaffed and cannot give residents proper attention. Financial abuses are shocking and concerning. There is an ongoing ant infestation and poor pest control, with drafts from windows and slow maintenance. Wi?Fi is nonexistent in hallways, amenities are locked after 5pm, and entry security is lacking. The building is spread out, making it difficult for mobility-impaired residents to move around.
