• Horrible experience! There are a very few caring and compatible people there, but that doesn't make up for the majority including management that don't seem to care or know how to take care of residents or interact with their families.
• They are ALWAYS SHORT OF HELP! OVERWORK THE GOOD HELP! THE HELP IS ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONES OR ARE HIDING BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO DO THE WORK THEY SIGNED UP FOR! YOUR LOVED ONES GO DOWN HILL FAST! BAD MANAGEMENT! SOME OF THE HELP DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH DEMENTIA, THEY ARE NOT NICE TO THE RESIDENTS, DON'T BRING NICE THINGS THERE OF YOUR LOVED ONES, THEY WILL DISAPPEAR THRU THE HELP OR RESIDENTS! MANAGEMENT LEAVES AT 5P, AFTER THAT THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT ON SITE!
