The staff members are very patient and helpful. Will Coton the driver is very nice, always smiling and helpful. The grounds are well maintained and the apartments are clean. The office staff is top notch, always welcoming and friendly. The maintenance staff responds quickly to requests and takes great care in fixing issues. Older apts, charges the same as apts with all newer updated amenities, for having NO dishwasher, microwave, washer or dryer. They take good care of you when something is wrong the people in the front offices are very helpful especially Sharon but will miss some of the people I met living there. The place was outdated but the staff was very nice. it here! You get your bang for your buck!
