The staff members are excellent and very friendly. It is a good community. Everything about the apartment was clean and suitable. The facility has locks on the doors. The hospital is right down the road from them. Pricing is comparable to other facilities.
It was a mistake to place their mom in this facility. Staff did not watch the reviewer's mom, who walked out numerous times and fell even though she had a walker. Staff had a habit of embellishing how she was adapting. This place was a nightmare. After moving her to a facility in Eau Claire, she had a huge bruise covering her entire cheek. The reviewer does not recommend placing loved ones here.
