This facility has come a long way. Staff is happy, funny and very welcoming! Under new management there have been many noticable changes.
The facility is awful for both residents and staff. Residents are not properly cared for. Staff are expected to do almost everything with very little to no help. Most of the staff are quitting. The director doesn't care.
