They had a great experience with A Place For Mom and Country Terrace. A Place For Mom helped them research care options again. Country Terrace was found to be a much better fit.
The place is a mess. Desiree mistreats residents and doesn't give them what they need. She is rude and mean to residents and to the other workers. It's questioned how someone who can't even take care of her own kids gets hired for this job. If something isn't done about her, a complaint to corporate will be made. The residents deserve better.
