Cantasia, the director, is amazing and brings a wellness background to care for residents as well as educating staff. The Azura team provides the best care for the residents at Azura. The facility is very wonderful, caring, and loving and feels like home. Azura is a really great company with great caregivers. The caregivers are lovely and great. Azura really gets to know its residents, and the Activity department goes above and beyond to provide amazing experiences tailored to residents' memories; the staff feel like family and the love is shown. The smiles and laughter throughout the community are great.
The facility is not a good place for family members due to poor management. Management is horrible and there are barely any workers, leaving residents burnt out. Everything is disorganized. The activity coordinator does not perform her duties, idling all day and only giving residents snacks and movies.
