It felt like they wanted to connect with the resident and know the person moving in. It was clean, refreshing, and brighter. The staff were wonderful and caring. The facilities were beautiful and well laid out, with comfortable rooms and bright spaces. There are engaging activities, live music, and pet therapy for residents. The management team and caregivers are amazing, truly looking out for the resident's best interests.
They moved their father there last winter and were not happy with the experience. There was no help or support on move-in day, and staff were hard to find, sometimes taking up to five minutes to locate anyone. The activities are a joke: the calendar exists but most events don't happen. The staff turnover over nine months was shocking. The building is over half empty after being open for several years.
