This facility is definitely overrated. The employees were really nice, but management was terrible. Anytime you try to reach them it is very difficult. Don't bother trying to call the RN, they never answer their cellphone. They are very disorganized. Short staffed, management doesn't care and employees that drop residents lie about and still have jobs. Management is 2 faced, unprofessional, new HR guy is a joke.
