Review

Three years have passed since my father moved into High Valley, and as a geriatric nurse, I must say that I am incredibly picky about the care he receives. However, I have never once had cause for concern during his time at High Valley. My brothers, husband, and I visit regularly and are always impressed by the fresh and nutritious food provided to the residents. Not only that, but my father is always clean and well-kept.

Initially, my father's dementia posed a challenge when it came to his care. Yet Ioan and Dokia, the owners of High Valley, were nothing but patient throughout the process – even more so than I could have been myself. Over the first few months, they dedicated themselves to building my father's trust while providing professional, kind, and respectful care. Their unwavering kindness and patience deeply touched our family.

Dealing with a loved one suffering from such an unforgiving disease is no easy task. However, we are extremely grateful that High Valley offers excellent and compassionate care on a daily basis – something we consider to be the best gift we can give our father in his current state.

From personal experience with Ioan and Dokia as friends, I can vouch for their amazing personalities and genuine care for their residents. Additionally, when speaking with other families who have loved ones at High Valley, they echo similar sentiments regarding the exceptional level of care provided by these owners.

Living at High Valley is truly a pleasant experience. The people here are amazing in every way possible; their recommendations come from firsthand encounters with this outstanding community.

During our tour of High Valley, we were immediately struck by its quiet and peaceful environment. Although it has fewer residents compared to other facilities we explored, this allowed for a clean and comfortable atmosphere that was quite appealing. The beautiful yard added to the serene ambiance of this community. Unfortunately for us, there was no availability at that time, but we highly recommend other families considering senior care to tour this community.

What sets High Valley apart from other places is the fact that it is owned and run by two of the friendliest and kindest individuals one could hope for. They truly dedicate themselves to the care of their residents, keeping families well-informed, providing tasty meals, exhibiting immense patience, and creating a tranquil setting surrounded by nature. Finding High Valley felt like winning the lottery for our family – a true blessing indeed.
