In my limited experience using this service, I found them to be very good overall. The staff in the office were great and dealt with me and my loved one promptly and efficiently. They were reliable in providing the care we needed, but unfortunately, my loved one did not always get along with some of the caregivers that were sent.

Despite this issue, the service has been commendable. My loved one has developed a good relationship with her current caregiver who is responsible and communicates well with us. We have encountered no issues whatsoever with the service so far. Given the current shortage of caregivers, it was a relief that they were able to find a suitable one for my loved one, bringing me a great deal of satisfaction.

The caregiver primarily assists us with driving and transportation needs rather than personal care requirements. However, she has proven to be highly adaptable and willing to help out in any way necessary. Her flexibility has been invaluable to us during this time. While it would have been preferable if she had been vaccinated against COVID-19, it seems that she may have a health issue preventing her from receiving the vaccine.

One aspect I appreciate about this service is their pricing. Their rates are on par with industry standards or even slightly better compared to other similar services. This factor adds to my overall positive impression of their offerings.

In conclusion, although I have only used this service a few times, they have generally met our expectations and provided satisfactory care for my loved one. The office staff's efficiency and reliability have impressed me greatly. While there have been challenges in finding compatible caregivers at times, our current caregiver has been exceptional in her responsibilities and communication skills. She willingly goes above and beyond by assisting us with transportation needs as well as being flexible when additional help is required.

It would be ideal if she could receive the COVID-19 vaccine due to ongoing concerns regarding safety during these uncertain times; however, we understand that circumstances may prevent her from doing so. Despite this, I am content with the service overall and find their rates to be reasonable or even better than similar providers in the industry. As someone seeking reliable care for a loved one, it brings me peace of mind to have found a service that fulfills our needs effectively.
