They were pretty disappointed with the interaction with their mom. The caregiver changes by day and there was a fairly difficult language barrier at times. There was a lack of Alzheimer's experience among staff. Some caregivers could, but many could not. There was an incident where the mom got scissors and cut up 3 or 4 shirts.
