The staff are kind and helpful. Willowbrook Residence and Rehabilitation is a wonderful facility. Michael the nurse is amazing and provides genuine care. The staff are quick to answer questions and promptly handle concerns. The AL director and staff helped her transition and made her feel at home and comfortable. The care and attention given to the resident was outstanding. Nurses Friday and Martin promptly responded when needed most. The facility is committed to residents, staff, and the community.
