Jaclynn VanWinkle is absolutely amazing. She changed the family's lives for the better by listening and doing everything she could. The care and thought put into the well-being of children and families in need is truly something to see. The Kidz Party Bus volunteers contributed their time to ACH events. A staff member was very nice and helpful when the client first arrived.
The staff were horrible and communication was consistently poor. The living conditions were disgusting, with a dirty bathroom and even a dead roach found in a room. The facility did not accommodate medical needs and expected chores the resident couldn't perform. The schooling provided was horrible. The facility had drug influence and occult activity, creating an unsafe environment. The building and surrounding infrastructure were old and poorly maintained, with repairs being rare. Essential amenities like showers and washing machines were frequently broken. There were serious safety concerns, including a report of a child being sexually abused with no action taken. Program staff ghosted applicants and failed to follow up; front desk staff hung up on a caller.
