    Review

Moving a loved one from a memory care facility to a private group care home can be a daunting task. However, with the help of A Place for Mom, the process became much smoother and less stressful. This service was not only courteous and caring but also accommodated my schedule perfectly.

After reaching out to A Place for Mom, I was contacted by several caregivers who were eager to assist me in finding the right home for my mother. Although I was impressed with the first home I visited, I didn't want to cancel my appointment at another home at the last minute. To my surprise, the second home turned out to be equally as nice, albeit slightly inconvenient in terms of location.

However, it was during my visit to this second home that the owner, Joy, went above and beyond to suggest another option off of Greenville. Intrigued by her recommendation, Joy graciously drove me there that very day. The moment I laid eyes on Jackson's Place, I was blown away by its beauty and inviting atmosphere.

Not only did Jackson's Place boast spaciousness and an inviting environment, but it also had a caring and warm caregiver named Chela. Her compassion and dedication truly stood out during our conversation about my mother's needs. It became clear that this was the perfect place for my mother.

The move itself was made much easier with the assistance of Joy, who not only provided information about other essential service providers like doctors and pharmacies but also connected me with someone who could help with the physical aspect of moving. It was evident that she had thoughtfully considered every aspect of transitioning an elderly individual into their new living arrangement.

Since moving my mother into Jackson's Place, she seems to be adjusting well and appears happy and contented in her new environment. Regular visits have revealed an immaculate setting that is both clean and uplifting. The residents themselves exude happiness and seem genuinely cared for.

In conclusion, A Place for Mom proved to be an exceptional resource for finding the right assisted living care for my mother. Their comprehensive understanding of this type of care and their ability to deliver on their promises was impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of assistance when researching options for their loved ones.

It's worth noting that while Jackson's Place is a beautiful home with dedicated caregivers, there were a couple of minor drawbacks mentioned in the reviews. One reviewer mentioned that private rooms lack closets, which could be inconvenient for some residents. Additionally, another reviewer noted that the bathroom is far from the room. However, these minor inconveniences should not overshadow the overall positive experience and high level of care provided at Jackson's Place.

In summary, if you are looking for professional assistance in navigating the various options available for assisted care facilities, A Place for Mom is a reliable resource that can guide you through the process with compassion and efficiency.
