When we initially signed up with Comforcare Home Care, our experience was not off to a great start. The first caregiver assigned to us seemed unhelpful and lacked initiative. It was frustrating to see her just sitting there without doing much to assist. However, our disappointment quickly turned around when we were introduced to the lady who takes care of my mom now. She is an exceptional caregiver, demonstrating industriousness, hard work, and a pleasant demeanor. She approaches her responsibilities with great dedication and does everything very nicely.

One of the advantages of Comforcare Home Care is that they are set up to come directly to the community where my mom resides. While she isn't thrilled about having people come into her home in the first place, the convenience factor cannot be overlooked. It helps ease some of her concerns knowing that the caregivers are familiar with and experienced in providing care within her living environment.

It's important to note that my mom can be demanding at times, which can make it challenging for caregivers to meet her expectations. She often insists on certain tasks being done a particular way and doesn't appreciate arguments or disagreements from the caregivers when they claim they have completed something she requested. Fortunately, the manager at Comforcare Home Care has been incredibly helpful in addressing these situations. Their intervention has proven valuable in ensuring a smooth relationship between my mom and the caregivers.

Overall, despite a rocky start, we believe that Comforcare Home Care is doing a pretty good job in taking care of my mom's needs.
