Amy, the sales representative, was responsive and not pushy. Ryan, the building manager, was among the best and most dedicated to customer satisfaction. The Lodge staff were extremely effective. Pulte has done an excellent job delivering what they promised and staying responsive. Phil, the property/warranty manager, has been extremely responsive and professional. The Del Webb Southern Springs community is welcoming, with friendly residents and a supportive team. The sales and construction teams (AJ, Annie, Zac, and Keith) were wonderful to work with, providing attentive guidance and timely communication. The 55+ community offers great amenities and activities, and neighbors are fantastic. The HOA covers amenities and yard care, saving residents money and simplifying living. The homes are beautiful and the community is well maintained with convenient access to amenities.
