The facility provides clean, excellent quality of care services. Rockhill is a great facility with great teams all around. The facility takes great care of its residents and facilities; it provides a great living alternative. It is a wonderful nursing home; the staff are wonderful, and residents love the food. The staff take great care of residents. The place is beautiful and clean. The rehab center provides wonderful support; the facility is clean and up to date; it is strongly recommended. The people, facility and food are great. Nice place where elders can enjoy themselves, with care services available. The staff greet residents by name; there are more activities to keep residents engaged; they are well cared for, and staff ensure residents receive needed physical therapy. The grounds are beautiful; it has a lake and garden; spacious apartments; lots of activities; bus service. Caring staff and clean facilities.
The facility is very nice but comes at a high price. Covid-19 has hindered dining services, with only lunch and dinner requiring residents to eat elsewhere. Access to the facility was hard due to Covid. Getting around is difficult because of Covid. There are hardly any aides and the nurses are downright miserable and rude. The nursing staff is understaffed.
