The facility was clean and the employees were very friendly. The therapists were all professional. The staff seemed to enjoy helping people. Nurse CeCelia and aide Emily went above and beyond to accommodate her. Visiting her there was pleasant, and dogs were welcome. The food was very good.
The nurse claimed the infant couldn’t be in the room because he couldn’t smell the grandmother’s bed wounds, which was false. The nurse was extremely condescending toward the mother and yelled at her for giving water to the grandmother, despite water being available on the tray. The last moments with the grandmother were made horrible by the staff. The office/billing department mishandled the mother’s paperwork and sent her balance to collections within three months. The administration never returns calls and seems out of touch. The staff left the family member in a soiled diaper for hours, causing sores and failing to return belongings.
